Just arrived home from a mini-vacay...and am waiting until rush hour is over to head north bound! yay! Feel as if I haven't been to the cottage in a bit! Anywho..Chris and I decided to make a good ol trip to do some cross border shopping yesterday. Since I have been spoiled over the years by doing my shopping in Florida, Buffalo was a serious let down. At least for me. Of course Tar-get allowed me to walk away with some goodies...but I think I will wait for FLA in the future. We then, in our fashion decided to cram
everything in and head to NOTL for some wine tastings. Stopped at Inniskillen first, made out way to Jackson Triggs and walked 3 kms to Peller Estates. All fabulous...and for some reason people wanted to hook us up with freebies. holla! Truly enjoyed our NOTL experience. Would love to do it again, next time going to hit the trails with our bikes! After we closed up shop at Peller we made our way to the Hilton that of course was across the street from the Casino. I'm not much of a playa'...but the slots did me proud! Put in a $20 and cashed out $74...put in $20 and cashed out $53....of course put in lots of
5's here and there and lost. Came out even. Fair play! Was a late night, and long day but it was nice to do something different. This morning we woke up and joined the tourists to check out the falls. I actually can't remember the last time I saw them (not from a car), and was a little bit mesmerizing! Fun times! Alright time to pack my bags and get myself on the go. I could get use to this lifestyle! Enjoy the weekend! xo
